Care Instructions
Sterling silver tarnishes, especially when exposed to salt air and products containing sulphur, such as rubber bands and some papers. However, silver that is regularly used typically needs less care, so LotusJewellery strongly encourages you to wear your silver every day.

Using a small silver jewellery cleaner on a soft cloth, gently rub the silver several times. Then rinse the silver thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, keeping your sterling silver like new. Please note: chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.

Take care to protect your jewellery from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.

How to clean Sterling Silver
Prepare two warm water bowls. In one of the bowls, add a few drops of dish soap. Again, the amount may vary depending on how much jewellery you plan to clean, but don't get too caught up in the amount of soap or water to use. The only thing you need to do is make the water somewhat soapy so that it can assist clean your rings.

Dip your toothbrush into the soapy water and scrub your sterling silver ring, gemstone and all. Make sure you get any dirt or lotion sitting behind the gem or along its corners.

When you're done scrubbing, dip the ring into your other bowl of warm water to rinse it off. Then pat it dry with a towel.
