Shipping Policy

Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 days of the order being placed (within the United States).

Canada, Australia, and the UK are also usually 7 to 10 days but can occasionally take longer .

International Orders* are usually made and shipped within a few days, but can take up to 6 weeks to arrive depending on where they are going.

*We  send all our products anywhere in the world, we will pack and address accordingly, but we have no control over the shipping / postal delivery services in other countries, and therefore can’t be held responsible for mugs we ship to an obscure part of the world, that may not arrive, or take longer than expected.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
